to eat at every single meal and snack. You choose which plans work best for you.

can create your own custom meal plans and even matching grocery lists so you
know exactly what to buy at the supermarket. You can create meal plans to either
use as a guide to what you should be eating every day or instead use it to track
your calorie and nutrients for the day. The meal plans automatically calculate
your daily calories and also monitors your daily servings for each food group.
