Stroller Workout For Beginners to Intermediate Exercisers

  • Walk on mostly flat terrain for 5-10 minutes
  • Find a hill that takes about one minute to walk up. Walk up and down hill and repeat 2-3 more times.
  • Walk on mostly flat terrain for 5 minutes
  • Stop and do Squats for one minute
  • Walk sideways for one minute (with side of body facing stroller instead of front of body). Change to other side for one minute.
  • Walk on mostly flat terrain for 5 minutes
